Dan Houder

Daniel Houder,
Managing Director, Green Markets
COO, Kennedy Information

Dan joined Kennedy Information, the parent company of Green Markets, in 2000 and serves as Chief Operating Officer as well as the Managing Director of the Green Markets business unit.
In earlier roles at Kennedy, Dan directed the marketing, advertising and creative efforts for the company’s conferences, research, advisory, and newsletter product lines. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors and was responsible for new product development.
Dan began his career at MBNA America Bank (now Bank of America) where he served in a variety of analyst and marketing roles during his 10 year tenure. He was CMO and part of the initial management team that gained funding and developed CCC Interactive (now Interactive Response Technologies) an advanced teleservices firm, and was a manager in retail and commercial banking for what is now TD Banknorth. He received a degree in economics from the University of Delaware.
Steve Seay

Steve Seay, Editorial Director

Steve, has more than 22 years experience with Green Markets, covering the fertilizer industry as well as an additional five years spent reporting on other agricultural and energy commodities. He is the winner of the Best Spot-News and Exclusive Single-News Story Award given by the Specialized Information Publishers Association. Previous positions include Director of Export/Import Publications, In-House Counsel and Executive Assistant to the President at King Publishing Co. as well as an Analyst/Investigator with the Tennessee Valley Authority and stints at a law firm and as a research assistant to a law professor. He holds a B.A. from Tusculum College and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Dan Cole

Daniel Cole, Managing Editor

Daniel is a senior editor with Green Markets, and is managing editor of Green Markets’ sister publication, Dealer Report. Dan started with Green Markets in 1991, and has more than 20 years of experience covering the North American fertilizer market. In addition to his work with Green Markets, Dan has also held teaching positions at the University of Michigan and at Montana State University, and worked as a reporter for the Sarasota Herald Tribune in Florida. He now works out of his home in Bozeman, Montana, near the family farm where he grew up.
Dan holds a BA in History and English from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a MA in Journalism from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Monika Collins

Monika Collins, Senior Marketing Manager

Monika is the Senior Marketing Manager for Green Markets, the fertilizer industry's renowned weekly publication. Previously she led marketing efforts for Consulting magazine’s Consulting Summit along with roundtable events and webinars, as well as Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory proprietary research on the management consulting industry.
Prior to joining Kennedy Information, she worked as a Project Manager for various companies in Poland. Monika attended Wroclaw University in Poland, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College.

Jonathan Wentworth-Ping, Director of Licensing & Permissions

Jonathan Wentworth-Ping
Jonathan hails from Sheffield, England but has been working in the US for the past 25 years. Now the Director of Licensing & Permissions for Green Markets, his primary role is to customize corporate agreements that support companies in their desire to receive, access and use our materials across their organizations.
His professional career started in the hotel business in England, including stops in Bermuda and New York City with companies such as Sheraton, Omni and Swissôtel. Having left the hotel business, he spent 5 years in publishing with Racquet Magazine, Family Media and Black Book. Another 6+ years in IT consulting followed with firms such as Binary Tree, Starpoint Solutions and Ciber before joining IOMA in 2002. Jonathan is renowned for his light-hearted approach to sales which, so it is rumored, inspires clients to call him just to listen to his voice messages or to get a return email with animated images of monkeys.
Myra Langsam

Myra Langsam, Corporate Licensing Manager

Myra has been with IOMA/Kennedy since 2006. In this role, her responsibilities include setting up licenses and individual subscriptions for the fertilizer related publications by identifying and cultivating business relationships with various companies. Myra focuses primarily on the Green Markets and Dealer Report publications. She also provides historical pricing data and recruits attendees to the fertilizer related webinars.
Myra has previously worked at Euroweek and Thomson Publishing, selling a diverse range of business and legal publications.

Neil Fleishman

Neil Fleishman, CFA, Senior Industry Analyst (Fertilizers/Chemicals)

Neil is the Senior Industry Analyst for Green Markets. His most recent research includes Global Potash Supply & Demand Model and Global DAP/MAP Supply & Demand Model. He is currently working on a new model for nitrogen. Previously, he worked at the Susquehanna Int. Group as a trading desk Sector Specialist covering both the industrial and energy markets for the firm. He also has experience as a portfolio analyst for Evergreen Investments. Neil holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance concentration) from Drexel University and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Holly Sanderson

Holly Sanderson, Data Acquisition Specialist (Fertilizers/Chemicals)

Prior to joining Green Markets, Holly worked for Website Publicity, Inc. for twelve years as Senior Search Marketing Manager, with a focus on building and executing Internet marketing strategies for business-to-business and business-to-consumer websites. Her commitment to data-driven solutions and customer service was also forged early on during her tenure at EMC as a Project Manager.
Holly holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) from Northeastern University.
