Green Markets Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of Green Markets (published online at www.FertilizerPricing.com), published by Kennedy Information, LLC. Your use of FertilizerPricing.com, or our receipt of your subscription in any format, indicates your acceptance of these terms.
1. Changes to Terms of Use. We may change these terms at any time by notifying you of the change electronically, using the e-mail address we have on record for you. The changes also will appear in this document, which you can access by clicking on the "Terms of Use" link. Your use of Green Markets subsequent to changes in the Terms of Use means that you agree to such changes.
